You’re just coming back from your holidays and you already feel that you need more time off? Why not booking your winter holidays in advance to get the best fare and make sure you can travel! Eurostar has just announced the opening of winter bookings for the direct ski trains to French Alps: the earlier you book, the best fares you’ll get!
Overnight and day ski trains
Eurostar is offering 2 different services depending if you prefer to travel by day or by night.
Overnight services will run once a week from London St Pancras or Ashford International train station. Eurostar direct ski trains are leaving the UK on the friday evening, arriving in the French Alps on the saturday morning. You can purchase your tickets for travelling between the 1st of January 2016 and the 9th of April 2016.
Day services will operate for travel from the 19th of December 2015 to the 9th of April 2016. They will leave every Saturday mornings from London and arrive early evenings in Bourg Saint Maurice.
You can also choose to travel to the French Alps by using eurostar trains from London to Lyon.
Direct ski trains to French Alps from £75
By booking your ticket today, you can purchase your ski trains at the following fares:
- Overnight ski train: from £74.50 on the 1st of January 2016
- Day ski train: from £99 on the 2nd of January 2016
Please note, skis and board can go in the train without any additional cost.
